Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package ladyfinger cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons Kahlua coffee flavored liqueur
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate
How To Make Tiramisu Cheesecake
Preheat oven to 350F.
1- In a small bowl, combine crushed cookies, butter and 2 tablespoons
Kahlua and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
2- In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, mascarpone and
sugar until smooth and creamy.
3- Add in remaining Kahlua and eggs, 1 at a time, then flour, mixing until just combined. Pour batter into crust.
4- Place a pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven. Bake cheesecake on center rack for 40 to 45 minutes, until center is just set.
5- Cool in unheated oven with door ajar for 20 minutes. Cover and refrigerate
