Turkish apple dessert. It is cooked whole on the stove, flavored with natural dried flowers and cloves. We will fill it with hazelnuts and complete it with cream. It is so delicious and easy to make. If you want, let’s recipe right away!
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp of granulated sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Cloves 200 ml of sour cherry juice

- Ice-cream & crushed pistachio
Instructions
1- Peel, deseed and slice 2 apples.
2- Leave the apple slices in lemon-water mixture to prevent darkening.
3- Place apple slices on a layer of parchment paper.
4- Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of granulated sugar, place 1 cinnamon stick on top and add a few cloves.
5- Cover the apples with the parchment paper and secure the edges by folding inwards. Leave one edge open.
6- Pass the parchment bag on an oven tray and pour 200 ml of sour cherry juice over the apples from the open edge.
7- Close the last edge as well.
8- Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated at 180°C.
9- Serve with ice-cream and crushed pistachio.
